Journal Title: Мова - Year 2017, Vol 0, Issue 28
Abstract
The purpose of the research is to reveal the value dynamics of lingvocultural facts of objectifi cation of diligence and professionalism in the system of the Russian language and speech activity. The sources of the language material were explanatory dictionaries, phraseological and paremic dictionaries, religious texts, as well as data of the National Corps of the Russian language. Information about the frequency of lexemes and textual representation in theological discourse was also taken into account. The object of the study is the problem of conceptualizing labor activity in Russian lingual culture: the evaluation of labor and the value characteristics of attitudes toward work and its results. The subject of the research is axiocategories (value characteristics) of processes, motives, results of labor activity in the consciousness of the owners of Russian lingual culture. The result of the work is the consideration of the historical dynamics of verbalization of cognitive features “professionalism”, “diligence” of the employee and his qualifi cations. The conclusion is made about the advantage and stable relevance of such features as the diligence and conscientiousness of the employee. Professionalism gives way to diligence for the number of verbal representatives, the frequency and, consequently, the signifi cance of these cognitive features. The importance of the quality of labor, the acquisition of professionalism as utilitarian and moral values, were not as relevant in the Russian language consciousness as exertion and diligence, which are still at the center of the conceptual space of labor activity.
