LINKING COMPANY CULTURE AND KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT

Abstract
One of the major challenges an organization faces is to manage its knowledge asset and use it to improve organizational effectiveness. Firm culture determines the system of cultural values shared by employees and influences the strengthening of knowledge management. On the one hand, the firm culture can be conducive to knowledge management, on the other hand, the knowledge management can determine shape or improve firm culture. Therefore it is important to know the conceptual framework of influence between firm culture and knowledge management.
