Liposomy jako niewirusowe systemy dostarczania leków genetycznych

Abstract
Metody leczenia chorób nowotworowych, zwłaszcza w ostatnich latach, dynamicznie się zmieniają, co wynika z potrzeby projektowania nowych, skuteczniejszych strategii terapeutycznych. Bardzo obiecująca w leczeniu chorób nowotworowych jest antysensowa terapia genowa. Dostarczenie terapeutycznego fragmentu DNA lub RNA do komórek docelowych w organizmie pacjenta wymaga zastosowania systemów wektorowych. Niewirusowe nośniki leków znajdują coraz szersze zastosowanie w nowych systemach terapeutycznych. W pracy przedstawiono niewirusowe nośniki nowej generacji, skupiając się szczególne na immunoliposomach znajdujących potencjalne zastosowanie w celowanej terapii genowej.
