Lists in the disposition of the special section of criminal code of Ukraine

Abstract
It is discussed the use of inventories in the dispositions of articles of the Special Part of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The advantages of exhaustive lists are outlined. It is highlighted features open (non-exhaustive) lists, and suggested a relevant concept. Based on different types of classification criteria are highlighted open (non-exhaustive) lists in the dispositions of articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
