Людський капітал регіону: небезпека кадрових катастроф

Abstract
У статті розкрито сутність людського капіталу з обґрунтуванням ролі основних чинників його формування, використання та розвитку. На прикладі Кіровоградської області здійснено аналіз тенденцій демографічного розвитку та міграційного руху населення, особливостей розвитку та використання людського капіталу регіону. Розкрито витоки та небезпеку кадрових катастроф підприємств регіону в умовах вкрай низької оплати праці. Здійснено комплексну оцінку стану та перспектив формування людського капіталу регіону. Розроблено пропозиції щодо подолання виявлених негативних тенденцій у формуванні людського капіталу області, його розвитку та використанні в економіці регіону з урахуванням руху країни у напрямі євроінтеграції.
