Local vibrational density of states in disordered graphene
Journal Title: Semiconductor Physics, Quantum Electronics and Optoelectronics - Year 2016, Vol 19, Issue 3
Abstract
Local vibrational density of states for disordered graphene has been calculated via Green’s functions method. Disordered material has been modeled with Bethe lattice. Density of states does not include particularities specific for ideal graphene.

Smart nanocarriers for drug delivery: controllable LSPR tuning
Gold nanostructures are considered as a potential platform for building smart nanocarriers that will form the basis of novel methods of targeted delivery and controlled release of drugs. However, to ensure maximum effici...
Relaxation of photovoltage in ITO-Ge-Si heterojunction with Ge nanostructured thin film
The paper focuses on experimental study of the photovoltage time decay in ITO-Ge-Si heterojunction with Ge nanostructured thin film. Kinetics under 650 nm excitation within the temperature range 80 to 290 K are successfu...
Electronic structure of 2H-SnSe2: ab initio modeling and comparison with experiment
Energy band structure, total and local partial densities of states, spatial distribution of electronic density of 2H-SnSe2 have been calculated using the density functional theory method in LDA and LDA+U approximations b...
Luminescent properties of fine-dispersed self-propagating high-temperature synthesized ZnS:Cu,Mg
The influence of magnesium impurities on luminescent properties of ZnS:Cu,Mg using obtained by self-propagating high-temperature synthesis (SHS) has been investigated. Special attention was paid to changes of photolumine...
Trap-assisted conductivity in anodic oxide on InSb
The direct current conductivity of anodic oxide of InSb has been investigated as a function of applied bias and temperature. Proposed in this work is a model of conductivity that includes ohmic, trap-assisted tunneling a...
