LOCATION OF INFORMATION IN MANAGEMENT OF CORPORATE CAPITAL

Abstract
The article deals with the issues of corporate capital management and corporate rights of shareholders from the point of view of the place of information, ways of obtaining it, the possibilities of storage and use of corporate governance by modern business structures. The author developed the concept of corporate capital management, taking into account the information component of this process.
