LOGISTIC BUSINESS PASSENGERS WITH TRADITIONAL CONTROL STRUCTURE

Abstract
The article analyzes the concept of "logistics chain". The indicators of evaluation of logistics chain performance are offered. The analysis of modern publications has been carried out, which has allowed to distinguish types of functional networks and logistic chains. It is proved that network structures are the innovative form of organization of modern business structures, different sizes and forms of ownership. The comparative characteristic of enterprises with the traditional structure of management and network organizations is carried out, the advantages and disadvantages of these structures are determined. The distinctive features of the supply chain are determined by means of the network form of organization of communication between the participants. The basic elements that are focused around the adoption of operational and strategic decisions on chain operations are highlighted.
