ЛОГІСТИЧНО-ПОСТАЧАЛЬНИЦЬКА ДІЯЛЬНІСТЬ: ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ЗДІЙСНЕННЯ, АДМІНІСТРУВАННЯ ТА РЕІНЖИНІРИНГУ

Abstract
У статті конкретизовано місце логістично-постачальницької діяльності у системі логістичної діяльності підприємств загалом, а також окреслено її межі і висвітлено загальні положення її здійснення, адміністрування та реінжинірингу. Логістично-постачальницьку діяльність запропоновано розглядати як узагальнену послідовність процесів замовлення, закупівлі, транспортування та зберігання. Наведено загальну характеристику логістично-постачальницьких процесів. Розглянуто місце логістично-постачальницької діяльності у системі операційної діяльності компаній загалом. Наведено відмінності між такою діяльністю та матеріально-технічним постачанням. Відображено причини виокремлення й ґрунтовного вивчення інструментарію здійснення, адміністрування та реінжинірингу логістично-постачальницької діяльності підприємств.
