Luminescence of crystals ZnSe <Al>:Gd
Journal Title: Semiconductor Physics, Quantum Electronics and Optoelectronics - Year 2018, Vol 21, Issue 1
Abstract
It has been experimentally shown that the luminescence spectra of ZnSe <Al> crystals doped with Gd from the vapor phase contain two mutually compatible luminescence bands. It is established that the low-energy G-band is due to recombination with association of complexes and , and the boundary B-band is the result of annihilation of excitons and interband transitions.

Analysis of multichannel optical rotary connectors based on the compensation operating principle with mirror and prismatic optical compensators (Part 1)
Performed in this work is a comprehensive theoretical computer analysis of performances inherent to two types of multichannel optical rotary connectors (ORC) of compensation operation based on mirror and prismatic compen...
Model of smoothing roughness on GaAs wafer surface by using nonabrasive chemical-and-mechanical polishing
Studied experimentally in this work has been the process of smoothing relief roughness on the GaAs wafer surface by using the method of contactless nonabrasive chemical-and-mechanical polishing under conditions of its ro...
Temperature studies of optical absorption in the sandwich structure based on (Ag3AsS3)0.6(As2S3)0.4 thin film and gold nanoparticles
(Ag3AsS3)0.6(As2S3)0.4 thin films deposited using the thermal evaporation technique onto glass substrates previously covered with layers of gold nanoparticles were studied. Optical transmission spectra of the sandwich st...
Protective applications of vacuum-deposited perfluoropolymer films
The paper summarizes in brief applications of perfluoropolymer thin films deposited from the gas phase by several different methods, for protection of various materials and devices both at the research stage and already...
Raman study of L-Asparagine and L-Glutamine molecules adsorbed on aluminum films in a wide frequency range
Using micro-Raman spectroscopy, a detailed study of vibrational spectra of L-Asparagine and L-Glutamine amino acids adsorbed on aluminum foils were carried out within the frequency range 80…3500 cm–1 under different exci...
