Macrolides in the Treatment of Respiratory Diseases in Children Caused by Extra- and Intracellular Microorganisms

Abstract
Activity of macrolides in the most common bacterial infections that cause acute respiratory infections in children is considered. Data on high efficacy of macrolides, spectrum of their safety, in particular, josamycin and its soluble form for enteral application Wilprafen® Solutab, are provided.
