MAIN COMPONENTS OF STRATEGIES FOR HIGH-TECH INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF GERMANY

Abstract

Purpose. The purpose of the article is to generalization and analysis of the main components of the strategy of high-tech innovative development of Germany in the European economic system. Methodology of research. The theoretical and methodological basis of the research is the scientific work of domestic and foreign scientists on the content of national innovation strategies. In the course of the research, general scientific methods, systematic analysis and structural approach, methods of deduction and induction, comparison and observation were used in the analysis of the main components of the strategy of high-tech innovative development of Germany in the European economic system. Findings. Determined that the national innovation strategy proposes measures in five key inter-sectoral areas: (1) improving the relationship between science and industry, (2) enhancing R & D and innovation in the private sector, (3) ensuring the dissemination of new advanced technologies in the economy; (4) to internationalize scientific research, development and introduction of new technologies; and (5) to promote the development and advancement of talent. Originality. The complex approach to the analysis of the main components of the strategy of high-tech innovative development of Germany in the European economic system is used. Practical value. The research is of practical interest for introduction in Ukraine on the experience of implementing the strategy of high-tech innovation development in Germany as the leader of technological development in the European Union in many sectors of the economy.
