MAIN ELEMENTS OF THE MECHANISM OF THE REALIZATION OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT OF A PERSON FOR HEALTH PROTECTION

Abstract
The article is devoted to highlighting the actual problems of clarifying the content of the main elements of the mechanism of realization of the right of the person to health care. The substantial and essential correlation of these basic elements is analyzed. Based on the analysis carried out, an author's approach to the definition of a "mechanism of realization of the right of the person to health care" was developed. Based on the analysis of the norms of national legislation, the main elements of this mechanism are identified. There are suggested author's approaches to improving the norms of the constitutional and other legislation with regard to the rationalization of functional approaches concerning the mechanism of realization of the right of the person to health care.
