MEDIATION IN THE PROCESS OF RESOLUTION (ARRANGEMENT) OF CONSTITUTIONAL CONFLICTS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the implementation of a comprehensive analysis of the problem of reception of the institution of mediation as an alternative way of resolving (settling) constitutional conflicts. In the process of the study, the experience of the reception process of the mediation institute in foreign countries, the domestic practice of mediation functioning, the normative basis of functioning and the prospects for applying mediation for resolving (settling) public legal, namely, constitutional conflicts are analyzed.
