Abstract
This article is devoted to urgent problems of administrative and legal guaranteeing of taxation dwelling property. Author’s definitions of administrative and legal guaranteeing of taxation, tax for dwelling property are offered. This tax’s aim and functions are determined. Kinds of real estate including dwelling property are researched. Some suggestions on improvement of tax legislation according to taxation of dwelling are grounded
