ACTUAL PROBLEMS OF PROTECTION AND DEFENCE OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS IN THE INTERNET IN THE CONDITIONS OF GLOBALIZATION OF SOCIETY AND MODERN TECHNOLOGIES

Abstract
The scientific article is devoted to the problems, which connected with infringement of the rights to use intellectual property objects in the Internet. The purpose of this work is to analyze the main current problems in the field of protection and defence of intellectual property rights in the Internet. The World Wide Web is a public information space that does not have a unified centralized management, a single owner and a separate property, it is precluding copyright and related rights. The judicial protection of the rights violated through the use of the Internet is complicated by their anonymity and technical complexity. This creates opportunities for avoiding liability for copyright infringement.
