THE EXPERIENCE OF THE EU COUNTRIES IN THE SETTLEMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE LAW ON PUBLIC SERVICE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the State settlement and implementation of the rights of citizens in the public service in terms of decentralisation and integration. Analyzed the experience of European countries regarding the implementation of this law and reforms in the system of the public service. Formulated proposals on improvement of provision of citizens ‘ right to public service, taking into account the positive experience of the EU countries.
