PROCEDURAL PROCEDURE FOR THE APPLICATION OF ANALOGY IN THE CIVIL PROCESS

Abstract
The article analyzes the views of scientists on the boundaries and conditions of the application of the analogy of the law and the analogy of law in some branches of law. Particular attention is paid to defining these concepts in civil procedural law.
