Abstract
У статті аналізується положення чинного господарського, цивільного і земельного законодавства та інших законів, що регулюють майнові відносини у сфері господарювання. Досліджується правова природа і сутність майнових прав, в тому числі майнових прав на земельну ділянку у сфері господарювання. Обґрунтовується необхідність їх чіткого визначення у Господарському кодексі України. Ключові слова: майнові відносини, майно, майнові права, земельна ділянка, суб’єкти господарювання.
