MAKING AN EVENT MOTIVATED, DETECTION REQUIREMENT WITH SCIENTIFIC METHOD, REQUREMENTS WHICH ARE NOT FACING TO UNFUNCTIONED PROGRAMES, CONTINUITY OF PROGRAMS WHICH ARE INCLUDING PROFESSIONAL ISSUES

Abstract
In this study; Ağrı Directorate of Education Administrators, Elementary - Secondary School Principals and Assistants Head of School, in the context of Managerial and Supervisory Context Overview of the In-Service Training Event Angles, whether "In-service training activities and participants whom enough motivated or not, inorder to determine of suppliment the needs of in-service training on scientific methods; whether the institutions of in-service training program is functional point of staffing requirements or not; whether vocational subjects in-service training program moslty cannot encompass and include; Continuity of in-service training programs that can win level of information on the matter or not" was investigated. In order to determine the information level on the context of administrative and supervisory in service education subject, a survey served which is containing information about in service education. The study sample consists of 30 directors, 75 assistant director and a total of 105 director. According to the findings of research; Administrators answered, the questiones about in service education informations, changing ratios. Findings; managers, the information related to the training of managerial and supervisory services made it possible to conclude that they are equipped around different rates between 36% and 75%.
