Abstract
The 21st Century's business environment differs significantly from the previous decades. The new Post-modern era is more dynamic, uncertain and confusing. This convulsive and global oriented environment requires improving and introducing more sophisticated techniques into management theory and practice. Advanced Management is an art; which combines logical concerns with intuitive comprehension. It should focus on leading and inspiring people and carrying out missions that computers and robots cannot undertake.
