MANAGEMENT CONCEPT OF COUNTRY’S FOOD SUPPLY

Abstract
The concept of “food security” is studied and its main characteristics are summarized. It is proved that food supply should be seen both as a process and as a system. This concept involves supporting goals, objectives, main directions of development, and sources of financing, structure of organizational and economic mechanism and effectiveness of the proposed measures.
