MANAGEMENT OF ACTIVITY EFFICIENCY FPG AND DIRECTIONS OF HIS PERFECTION

Abstract
Purpose is justification of practical recommendations for performance management of financial and industrial groups and areas to improve. Methodology of research. In basis of researches works are fixed both scientific (analysis, supervision) and special, methods of cognition. Methods of analysis and observation used to study the performance management of financial and industrial groups. The methods used to study cognition areas of improving the performance management of financial and industrial groups. Findings. It is proved that the issues relating to performance management of industrial and financial groups and areas of improvement at this stage is particularly important. Grounded, that the process of management is closely related to the structure of organization: more difficult structure requires application and more difficult methods of management. And growth of level of knowledge in industry of management develops and does more difficult organizations. Maximal economic effect from activity financially industrial groups (FIG) can be attained only on condition of introduction of rational control system by the combined capital group, development and introduction of criteria and system of indexes of his estimation. The use of these rules in a management a capital must have the unique criterion which will allow simply to estimate activity of FPG. Found that important for the FIG is profit, which is traditionally attributed to the criteria of optimum resource use FIG as the ultimate goal of any business organization, capital gains (assets) FIG, improve the financial condition of FIG as a whole and its individual members, increased about ‘volume of industrial output subsystem FIG, minimizing the use of certain types of resources. An important value in the field of management the resources of FIG has a management informative resources. A conclusion is done that effective control system by informative resources is important instruments in the system of resource management at level FIG. Also shown that a significant impact on the economic development of the financial-industrial groups with information and communication technologies (ICT), information, knowledge, processes information. In the process of development is modernization of old forms of business and its emerging new forms, new methods, tools and management strategies. It is concluded that the use of ICT in business FIG raise the effectiveness of both internal and external operations of companies. Also, the use of ICT will provide more timely engagement of suppliers and customers, and will be optimized synthesis of supply and demand. Originality. Grounded basic whole managements of activity efficiency financially-industrial groups and outlined directions of his perfection. Practical value. Research results can be offered for introduction in activity of FIG, which will promote them to effective development.
