MANAGEMENT OF CHANGE AS A FACTOR OF ENTERPRISE IMPROVE ITS COMPETITIVENESS

Abstract
Change management problems are relevant both in the scientific and applied spheres. The article considers the increase of competitiveness of companies undergoing the process of changes. Scientists devote much attention to thisissue as it implements changes in each sphere of business. The main problem for enterprises in Ukraine is to ensure the survival and development. The article considers the importance of the management of changes for the solution of these problems. The process of managing change in organizations was considered and diagramed, due to the pressure of external and internal environment, which assumes the implementation of actions such as: determination of the necessity and objectives of the changes, planning, organization, choice of method of changes, control, regulation changes and their final implementation. Domestic and foreign literature is not in consensus giving the definition of the notion of «change management». In connection with this, an article from the scientific literature shows many of the most common interpretations, which reveal the essence of this concept. In the article the author makes an attempt to formulate the concept of "change management» on the basis of generalization of common interpretations. What is considered, includes the definition and description of the problems and prospects of changes. The goal of the change at a commercial enterprise is defined. The process of change management in the sales organization is reviewed.
