Abstract
The essence of corporate culture is determined and its obligatory components are allocated. The essence of corporate culture and its compulsory elements are determined. The functions and tools that form the corporate culture and influence the management of the labor potential of enterprises are highlighted. The level of influence of corporate culture on the labor potential of enterprises is described. The advantages of developing the labor potential of an employee and enterprise on the basis of corporate culture are revealed.
