Management of sustainable development under conditions of uncertainty

Abstract
The purpose of the article is to scientifically and practical substantiate the need to create a metological base for managing the sustainable development of socio-economic systems by creating self-regulating organizations. Methodology of research. The solution of the tasks set in the article was made using the following general scientific and special methods of research: systematization, generalization, and dialectical approach. Findings. As a result of the study, it was determined that management of resistance should include the following features: rapid response to changes in the external environment; and the correspondence of the internal environment. Practical value. It was established that institutional changes in the economy are possible in case of providing self-regulatory organizations engage in the development of individual sectors of economy, based on the principle of achieving the goals of sustainable development and a professional approach to management.
