Management of the company production potential

Abstract
The purpose of the article is to conduct analysis on the allocation of seats productive capacity as central parts of the production process, generalization of the term ‟production capacity„ based on various scientific opinions for submission structural scheme controls the company production potential. Methodology of research. The solution of these problems in an article carried by such methods: the dialectical approach, analysis and synthesis, generalization and systematization. Findings. The article discusses the basic definition of ‟commercial potential of the company„ and, based on the views of scientists, formed generalizing the definition by author. Reviewed the place of production capacity in the company manufacturing process with regard to the impact of financial resources. Practical value. Formed mechanism of production capacity of the enterprise, which accommodates a subsequent components, which include: functions, forms, methods, tools, instruments. The analysis allowed to identify the main problem areas in the management of the production potential of the company, and based on them were submitted recommendations to improve the management mechanism of production capacity.
