Abstract
The system of management of domestic trade in Ukraine, which is based on the fact that this process is carried out at every level of the national economy, where priority is national level were proposed. Defined management system of domestic trade, each action is focused on solving the problems of domestic trade under transformation with the influence of factors in each sub-sector were entities.
