Managerial aspect of forming the labor behavior of employees

Abstract

Annotation. The aim of the paper is to generalize theoretical approaches and methodical developments in the sphere of forming the labor behavior of employees and justify the necessity of managerial influence on personnel in order to revitalize its activities. The article deals with investigation of theoretical, methodical and practical aspects of the formation and management of labor behavior of employees. Methodology of research. In order to achieve the tasks in the article the following methods have been used: analysis and synthesis, comparison and generalization. Findings. Existing approaches to interpretation of the meaning of labor behavior have been systematized. Factors of labor behavior of employees have been characterized. The model of the formation process of labor behavior of the employee has been proposed. Methodical principles of management of labor behavior of the staff have been revealed. Practical value. The article proves that the problem of managing labor behavior of staff is an interdisciplinary, and increase of labor activity of workers requires the formation of theoretical and methodical maintenance and finding ways of practical implementation of the relevant management process.
