Features of the Ukraine trade enterprises business processes reengineering

Abstract
The purpose of the article is in the scientific and theoretical substantiation of the features of Ukraine trade enterprises business process reengineering. Methodology of research. The objectives of the article implemented by using the following methods: analysis and synthesis, generalization and systematization, the dialectical approach. Findings. The characteristic features of Ukrainian business process reengineering in modern conditions are considered. The classification of the reengineering process and its constituent principles were shown. In the article were studied the prospects of modern development models and the existing threats of violations of reengineering. Practical value. It was determined that the business processes reengineering must have a clear direction with necessarily of restructuring the management system. Business processes reengineering is offer to companies in the conditions of economy crisis and the high level of competition.
