Article is defined Internet trading as modern commercial transactions using information technologies that provide promotion of thegoods and services, information retrieval to identify markets, implementation of advertising campaigns and high-quality communication with consumers via the Internet capabilities. There are founded peculiarities of the application of e-commerce for B2B and B2C systems; benefits of e-commerce for a variety of subjects in the electronic marketare grouped.
