Influence of interest rate policy of the National Bank on the state of monetary security of Ukraine and its economic growth

Abstract
Annotation. The aim of the article is to research the causal relationships between the effectiveness of interest rates of the monetary transmission mechanism by the National Bank of Ukraine and the condition of monetary security of Ukraine on the basis of analysis of the main indicators of such security for the period of 2008 - 2017 and formation of proposals for the development of system interest rate policy of the National Bank of Ukraine in the post-crisis period. Methodology of research. Achievement of the set aim is accomplished by general scientific and special research methods: grouping, comparison, analysis of coefficients, trend analysis, synthesis and abstract-logical method. Findings. The proposals of developing a systemic interest rate policy of the central bank have been formed and based on the results of the impact assessment of the National Bank of Ukraine's interest rate policy on the state of monetary security of Ukraine over the past 10 years. Practical value. The proposals for the development of the systemic interest rate policy of the National Bank of Ukraine in the post-crisis period, formed in the article, are aimed at achieving the internal balance between inflation and economic growth in order to ensure the country's long-term monetary security.
