The formation of the foresight methodology at the state and regional management

Abstract
The purpose of this article is to highlight the development of the foresight methodology and its application in state and regional management. Developed promising directions of use of foresight technologies in the Ukrainian system of state and regional governance. The article proves that the use of the methodology forecasting foresight to state and regional management is a comprehensive approach that will contribute to the formation of an effective economic system.
