Classification of the reasons of resistance of the personnel to organizational changes at the enterprises

Abstract

Nowadays the implementation of organizational changes is a necessary condition for surviving of enterprises in conditions of changing environment. At the same time, implementation process of organizational changes at enterprises is connected with appearance of the personnel resistance to changes. To build general classification of personnel resistance reasons to implementation of organizational changes at enterprises. Has been built the general classification which is the instrument for definition of personnel resistance reasons to organizational changes and to chose an optimal technologies for their solving, based on the analysis of classification characteristics of personnel resistance reasons to organizational changes from the different authors point of view. Has been offered to divide personnel resistance reasons on group, individual and organizational.
