MANAGING HUMAN RESOURCES IN ROMANIAN STATE THEATERS

Abstract
The main employers of theatre graduates such as actors, directors, play writers and so on in Romania, are the state theatre companies around the country. This paper analyzes and investigates the state theater companies’ employment policy and practices. The theater managers concern with human resources is increasing and many changes are happening in Romanian theater today and so, through case studies and personnel cost analysis, we try to examine the up to date trends and their efficiency
