MANAGING THE GLOBALIZATION PROCESS AND ANALYZING THE INFLUENCE OF TECHNOLOGY

Abstract

Management was invented as a tool for running businesses, people and other tangible entities from Acient times. Today it evolved and transformed itself into an atemporal, impersonal, non-geo-physical tool with the help of globalization and one of its results delocalization. Seen from the globalization process’ perspective it is understood as having a functional path and also being empowered by the direct influence of technology This research article highlights the parallel between the evolution of understanding globalization as a managing tool and also the empowerment offered by the evolution of globalization and its derivates. Managing globalization is near then ever to a machine solution and this could represent the extraction of the human factor from the future of the job market.
