Managing the resources of the company in projects

Abstract
Annotation. The purpose of the paper is to solve the problem of effective planning and management of company resources in projects. Methodology of research. The solution of the tasks set in the article is carried out with the help of such general scientific and special methods of research: dialectical method, analysis and synthesis, generalization and systematization. Findings. It has been determined that the planning and management of company resources in projects is a complicated and many vector process that requires careful actions and high intellectual potential, since the success of the whole project and the enterprise as a whole depends on the efficiency of using resources. Practical value. The article substantiates that efficient use of enterprise resources creates additional competitive advantages for it and increases the efficiency of the company’s created and implemented projects. The main scientific provisions of the article can be used, both in the theoretical and practical aspects (in enterprises of all forms of government).
