Manifestation of Efficiency of “Olweus” Children Bullying Prevention Programme: Anglysis of Experience of School Community Members

Abstract
The efficiency of bullying prevention programme “Olweus“(OBPP) created by Mr D. Olweus, professor of psychology of Bergen university, through the experience gained by the school community members is analyzed in the article. The aim of the article is to reveal the experience of the school community members participating in the “Olweus“ bullying prevention programme in the prevention of the bullying actions/activities. Presenting the results of the research, methods of the qualitative research (analysis of the content, a semi-standardized interview, analysis of the discourse) are given, which reveal the analysis of experience of the school community members participating in children bullying prevention programme in the context of knowledge, values, and beliefs. The analysis of the research data shows that school community members alter the previous preventive culture meant for the authoritarian role of an a dult (discipline, control) eliminating the discussion with children into the prevention on democratic principles. School society memebrs reveal gained knowledge and experience as significant in the prevention of bullying activities.
