Manifestations Cliniques de la COVID-19

Abstract
COVID-19 is an infectious disease caused by the novel coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2). This pathology constitutes a major public health problem. The proportion of asymptomatic patients is unknown and ranges from 5 to 75% in the literature. In symptomatic patients, the most common clinical presentation is acute respiratory infection with fever, dry cough and dyspnea. Patients with severe illness may develop acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), shock, thromboembolic manifestations, multiple organ failure and are at risk of death. Variable extra-respiratory manifestations have often been reported which can sometimes be isolated or associated with respiratory signs. These manifestations can be digestive, cardiovascular, ENT, dermatological, hepatic, renal, neurological, hematological and ocular. It is advisable for each practitioner to know these different clinical pictures in order to avoid any diagnostic delay of the disease.
