MARKET AND MARKETING EFFECTS OF THE OPERATION OF CAPITAL GROUPS IN POLAND

Abstract

Economic reality causes different kinds of structural changes, actually in every single sector of economy. These changes are caused by the wish of fighting the increasing competition. One of the tools to fight the competition is creation of the new economic units, such as capital groups. Capital groups development can be noticed more and more often, also in Poland. Developing a capital group is a good example of possibility of the expansion of enterprises that are a part of it.
