MARKET CONDITIONS AND THEIR INFLUENCE ON THE ACTIVITY OF A MANAGER IN THE AGRARIAN SPHERE

Abstract
Economic development of Ukraine depends largely on the agrarian sphere. So far as the agrarian sphere is an important branch of Ukraine’s economy. Agriculture of Ukraine can compete with developed countries worldwide due to its climatic conditions, rich soils and work force. However highly efficient production and competitiveness of the agrarian sphere depends greatly on the management quality. The activity of modern manager in agrarian sphere is taking place in the conditions of market transformations of national economy, which are going on the background of globalization processes. Thereby the problem of training of managers capable to administer in the agrarian sphere in modern conditions becomes urgent.
