Marketing component forming and functioning of infrastructure of regional market of sugar

Abstract
In the article the marketing component of sugar’s regional market infrastructure forming is considered. The analysis of its functioning during 1995-2015 is executed. It is set that an effective market infrastructure will be formed and will effectively function only then, when all participants of regional market will express the desire and will carry out all corresponding organizational measures.
