MASS CONSCIOUSNESS AS THE POWER OF TECHNOLOGY: THE ESSENCE AND MECHANISMS OF REALIZATION

Abstract
In the article the author analyzes the penetration of mass communication into all spheres of society and its influence on mass consciousness. The object of research is mass consciousness as an objective reality. The mechanisms and forms of realization of power technologies in mass consciousness are considered. The conclusion is made about the intensification of efforts to understand the role of specific mechanisms of manipulative strategies of mass consciousness.
