Математичне моделювання циркуляційного руху вібробункера

Abstract

Mathematical model of the circulating motion of the vibrohopper with three paritational dynamic systems of the translational motion of the vibrobunker and a partial system of spherical motion with variable random tensor of inertia is developed. The causes of random changes in the tenor of inertia are chaotic movement of parts and granules relative to each other; shifts the particle of a working environment to one of the walls; nonlinear friction dependence between details and abrasive; local rotational movements of group parts and granules; interaction of rigid parts with walls of Vibrohopper; wave vibrational processes in the body of Vibrohopper. For simulate the tensor of the inertia its components are expressed through the invariants of the tensor in the form of broadband random processes.
