Abstract
MATHEMATICAL MODELING OF PROCESS OF WASHING OF THE SLURRY ABRASIVE PROCESSING OF METALS Vernygora, V. D., Bozhukha L. M. Abstract The production associated with processing of metals, faced with the problem of disposal of slurry waste consisting primarily of metal and non-metallic inclusions, technical oils. At the enterprises of mechanical engineering and metallurgy involved in the processing of metals, monthly, formed thousands of tons of sludge abrasive treatment of metals. This sludge is complex a mixture of small metal chips, abrasives, industrial oils, coolants and other. Currently, with the growth of prices on raw materials and development of technologies for processing sludge abrasive treatment of metals is a cost-effective and environmentally safe process. Solving the problem of using slurries of abrasive processing of metals, we can reduce the volume of their savings and environmental pollution, the use their components as secondary raw materials in the national economy developed process and integrated system of equipment to remove metal particles from slurries of abrasive processing of metals. The purpose of work is research of process of washing of the slurry abrasive processing of metals and the construction of a mathematical model that describes the process of washing of the slurry abrasive processing of metals in synthetic detergent solution "Labomid"
