MATEMATIKA U FUNKCIJI OSAVREMENJAVANJA TEORIJE SPORTA

Abstract
Matematički metodi se vrlo često primenjuju i u drugim oblastima ljudske delatnosti-ne samo u srodnim prirodnim naukama, već i u privredi, industriji, svakodnevnom životu. Danas kada smo svesni višestruke funkcije i značaja sportskih dogadjanja, neophodno je sagledati teoriju sporta i iz naučne perspektive. U okviru predvidjanja sportskih rezultata, odredjivanja optimalnih uslova treninga, sastavljanja timova, analize uspeha sportista i trenera, rangiranja timova i obrade rezultata, matematički metodi mogu dati značajan doprinos. Naravno, matematički modeli zanemaruju mnoge faktore koji mogu presudno uticati na ishod sportskih takmičenja.To su, pre svega, psihološki faktorimotivacija, stres, uticaj publike, zatim vremenski uslovi, i druge okolnosti. Stoga za isti problem možemo napraviti više različitih modela, u zavisnosti od toga koje faktore ističemo, a koje zanemarujemo. Na sportskim stručnjacima ostaje da ocene koji od ponudjenih modela najbolje odgovara stvarnosti.
