MATERIAL FUNDS ALLOCATION FOR SPORTS IN KOSOVO

Abstract
This research is a model which contains financial expenditure presented for federations, clubs, the sports infrastructure, etc. Mostly budget financing of sport in our country is done from the Ministry of sports-Sport Department. And The funds are claimed from federations, clubs and municipalities. Meanwhile municipalities or the local levels have a very insufficient budget, therefore we can say that they are depended on the small amounts they posses thereby they can never have enough capital investment (for the infrastructure of sport) but only for some important organization that do not include huge amounts thus the federations are oriented and forced to submit their projects at the central level. So, the needs are even bigger and the states' interest is in gathering of more people and private companies in sports because from this it can come to the best method of improvement, organization of finances to which will be reflected even more the interest of people for sports and from this will be ensured also the budget for needs of this time. To illustrate mention that sports federations have big requirements that neither the central level can not to fulfill, so is very good to cooperate private company in the sports because only this way can be advanced and organizing a assistance funds that are a part for the sports development .
