Abstract
Du ring the se days many ex perts talk abo ut sport nu tri tion, abo ut cor re la tion betwe en ade qu a te food and length of li fe spor tsman and at the end from the eco no mic po int of vi ew we ha ve mi ni mi za tion of food costs in ser vi ces of sport to u rism. By li ne ar program ming fun ction. To day we ha ve very sim ple tests for food se lec tion which is ade qu a te or not ade qu a te for spor tsman. Re sults of test gi ve op por tu nity for ma king me nu which is ideal for every sportsman per so nally. The se tests are re sult of to day pro gress and de ve lop ment of sci en tist. Re sults are fi nis hed promptly and me nu is re com men ded at the and of nu tri tion test. The re will be al ways sci en tist who will talk abo ut advan ta ges of mo dern li fe, charac te ri stics of mo dern pe o ple and the ir ade qu a te food. But we can not for get that we are bi o lo gi cal the sa me as pe o ple who li ved cen tury ago . To day we ha ve dif fe rent li fe and in to u rist sport ser vi ces we must ta ke ca re abo ut food cost that way so we can not spo i led the food qu a lity.
