MATURITY LEVEL OF ENTERPRISE MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS

Abstract
The article analyses different levels of maturity of enterprises in relation to possibilities of practical application and effective use of control system. Five levels of maturity are selected, a graphic model is built and differentiating of every level in control system by an enterprise is conducted. The problem aspects of construction of control system are found out and the ways of transition of enterprise on the higher levels of maturity with the purpose of increase of efficiency and effectiveness of functioning of control system are offered. The set of tools and mechanisms of intercommunication improvement between the different links of management and performers of works is investigated. The recommendations for the top management of organization in relation to validity of construction of control system and possibility of receipt of the desired result are formulated.
