Measuring the Effect of Knowledge Management Process on Employees’ Performance: An investigative Study of Bank in Pakistan

Abstract
Knowledge management is the process of gathering, retaining & disseminating information to the concerned person. The aspire of this study is to scrutinize the impact of knowledge management on employees‟ performance in Habib bank limited Pakistan. For this purpose 12 interviews from employees of different branches of HBL are conducted. Thus the conclusion is presented based on those interviews.
